Returns & Exchanges

We want you to experience the luxury of a five-star hotel in your own home; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all fragrance oils or delicate glass are properly secured.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
